I replaced the control panel still getting power but no lights note turn on

Hi. I show the keypad as part #00746432. Is this the part you replaced? This would be my first suspect if you are getting proper power but the lights and buttons are not working properly. p# 12008382 is the main control board. This part could be faulty if the issue is not the key pad. I found that this part is no longer available. Where did you check for proper power at? Are you getting 120v to the unit? If you have not already done so, unplug the unit or turn the breaker off for 15 mins to reset it. Then turn back on and see if anything changes. I am not able to find any tech sheet at this time for this unit.
