This LG dryer has correct voltage coming into it. No visible signs of arching on the user interface or the control board. None of the buttons do anything on the user interface. No lights on at all besides the door light when you open the door. I wasn’t sure if I should try replacing the user interface or the control board. Or what can be tested to verify one or the other.
Tested source voltage and it was good.
Looked at control boards and saw no arching.

Make sure you have proper power to the main control. If you do then check for power to the U.I. IF you have power to the U.I. , it is faulty, replace it. If no power to the U.I then the main control is faulty.
