When you turn on unit nothing happens and nothing shows up when selector is turned. What is the problem?

Are you getting any of the lights on the console to light up? Try holding the cancel button for 3 seconds to reset it. Also, you could try unplugging it for 5 mins and plugging it back in. If none of this works we will need to put into diagnostic mode to see what error codes you have in the system. I have attached some videos to show you how to do this. Let me know what you find out!

I’ve done all that and still get nothing showing up on the display. I replaced the control board, but I was wondering if I may have gotten a bad one? Any thoughts

Not likely, but possible. Were you able to get it into diagnostic mode? Is the green light lit up on the control board? Do you have 120V at the control board?
