There is water through the dispencer. The filter has been changed. If I do the water valve test for the freshfood ice maker should the water comed to the ice maker and fill it? It seems like the primary valve. Does it work in conjunction with the valve in the door when I test the door valve?
I tested the ice maker #99 diagnostic test and it cycled completely. No water would supply through the valve in the door to the ice maker. When I arrived the ice maker was stopped in mid cycle. Upon testing the motor and arm both worked and the full cycle test passed also.

Are you sure the fill tube does not have ice in it ? There is A service bulletin link below for your model. If you run the ice maker diagnostic test on page #89 in the link below, A normal fill cycle will be initiated for water fill. If you have now water go to inlet valve testing procedures.
