I performed the ice maker cycle and fill test and it filled properly. The ice maker thermister test showed 16.30 degrees. What is the normal ice maker thermister degrees? Is this a bad ice maker or door board failure?

Hello
See the video links along with the complete service manual for your unit. The ice maker thermistor specifications are on page #10 in the manual link below. The thermistor Specs are : 5 VDC , 10k ohms , 77 degrees Fahrenheit or 25 celsius. If you reading was in celsius its low . I would run through ice maker diagnostics in service manual link below to be sure. Matt Ace technician

GE told me that the tech sheet ice maker test 00 99 is flawed and does not test the isolation valve. They gave me their ice maker test that does test both valves and it showed they are good by filling the ice maker. The ice maker thermister test #36 would show me the ice maker mold temperature but didn’t say if it was normal which is bad, the ice maker or door board. I hoped you would know which one is most likely failed.
