I was out on this once, I reset unit, now the only time it works cust. has to reset it. Is it the I/m. Thanks you for your help. thanks always Jim.

So Matt are you saying if they have to keep hitting reset the I/m is at fault and needs to be replaced? Jim.

Hello I would start with just the motor replacement first. That is what the service bulletin recommends. Then replace ice maker if problem still occurs. Please read the service bulletin as it clearly defines the exact process. Solution 1) Replace Motor AC (612A) Solution 2 : Replace Ice maker assembly Kit (600A) and motor AC indoor (606A) together Motor Part # EAU60783826 Ice Maker # AEQ73110203
