I’ve tested the heating element and thermostat. Both test ok. Not sure what else to try besides replacing the control board.
Tested heating element for continuity. Tests good. Checked thermostat and it reads 0 ohms.

Hello
There are a few possibilities that could cause no heat. See the link to the complete diagnistic sheet below. You must be loged in to see the service sheet. Matt Ace technician
1) The control is programmed to disable heater, but continue running cycles, if it detects a water heating problem.
** Correction —Running diagnostics clears the control, allows the heater to turn on again. Water heating problem
must be corrected, or the control will disable the heater again.
2) Circuit problem: – Open in heater – Open connection or component in Heater Circuit.
** Correction – A) Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
B ) Measure resistance of heater and all components and connections in Water Heating Circuit/Heat
Dry Circuit. Fix/ replace open connection/part.
3) Heater Drive Circuit on the control ids defective.
** Correction – Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power and replace control.
