This unit paused and quit right before the drain, but then proceeded to just slowly drain almost completely. Pump is fine, I did clear some debris from the sump area and spray arms, and ran it again to have the same issue. Disposal is clear, the punch is out, and didn’t find any obstructions from there. What am I missing?

We snake a lot of drains from the units to the disposal – debris gets trapped sometimes, and clearing it is the best way. If not that, ensure the drain hose isn’t kinked somewhere, caught up, or creating a siphon. As long as the pump checks out, it’s possible there’s an issue further down the plumbing line you can’t reach.
