Hi. With a model number and some more information I can better assist you. If your fans are running and your getting air flow to the refrigerator section, but your not getting COLD air you could have a compressor that is not running. Check to see if you compressor is running. IF the compressor is not running you could have faulty start components for the compressor or a bad compressor. IF you compressor is running you may have a Freon leak in the system. If you need further assistance please let me know.
