Everything works except there is NO agitation during wash or rinse cycle. Washes, drains and spins fine

thomas without a model number i can onley give you a generic answear wich would be a stripped agitator, bad agitator dogs or a bad gearcase assembley and if it drains but does not spin all water out of clothes and is a whirpool product may have a damaged motor coupler
