What have you tried so far?
The coupler is good I move it with my fingers. Removed the agitator the spline where you can see it won’t agitate and won’t even move at all. Alot of vibration when you hold the shaft. Can the brake be locked up. Do you think that this is the transmission? The only thing there is no grinding of gears. What do you think this problem is. The coupler is o.k.

Hi. Yes, this sounds like a bad transmission. If the motor is running in the coupler is rotating then you have a bad transmission. The brake does not apply during agitation.
