Oven wasn’t heating properly even tho temperature sensor tested good. New relay (main terminal) kept clicking like the old like it’s trying to stay on while being turned off. Could it be the temperature sensor sending bad signals to relay so it keeps clicking? SEEMS TO BE HEADING FINE. Clicks a lot during preheat and less frequently when at set temperature.
Replaced relay, tested elements, looked for shortings, tested temperature sensor..

Hi. During preheat you will hear the relays clicking a lot. This is normal. Most ovens now use both broil and bake elements during preheat to get to temp. quicker. Then throughout the rest of a bake cycle they will only use the bake element to cycle on and off as needed to maintain temps. What was the initial issue? Is it now heating and working properly? As long as the unit is working and heating properly to correct temps, I would not worry about the clicking. This is normal.

Original issue was it wasn’t too high temperature and kept clicking. New board seems to heat well to 450 but on preheat clicks every 20 seconds

Clicking is normal. I would not be concerned with it.
