Held reset button for three seconds. It beeped. Water came in. Costumer called me 6 hours later saying no ice. Will make sure I turned the water back on in the back when testing valve last time but since it filled when reset shouldn’t it have deposit some ice by now? Or should I give it 24 hours? Original complaint was icemaker rarely makes ice.
Installed new icemaker. Reset. Made sure water came in.

Heat Release Ice maker production Explanation
Thirty eight ( 38) minutes after the water fill is complete, the control board will check the temperature of the eject Thermistor, on the Ice Maker Head, if the Thermistor reads a tem-perature lower than 18.5 degrees for more than 5 sec-onds, then the ice production process is completed. The Ice maker will then harvest if the ice bucket is not sensed as full. If a Fault Mode is detected with the Ice Maker op-eration, the Ice Maker stops working for 3 hours. Which means, the Ice Maker checks the operation every three hours.
FREEZER TEMPERATURE CONTROL BY THE ICE MAKER
The Interior Temperature of the freezer will be set to -14 degrees Fahrenheit until the ice bucket is full. When the ice bucket is full, the freezer will maintain original set temperature.Whenever the ice is used, the freezer will again set to -14 degrees Fahrenheit. Selecting “Ice Off” will allow the freezer to be controlled by the set tem-perature. If water is not hooked up, the freezer will always be at –14 unless “Ice off is selected. Look on page #2 of the diagnostics link below. Run the unit through diagnostics check for error codes and most importantly freezer temperatures . Matt Ace technician
