I have a bottom freezer on my refrigerator. Ice has formed on the bottom and water is leaking from underneath my refrigerator. I replaced the part that was suggested in your video but I still have the same problem. Any suggestions?

What have you tried so far?

Used Drain Fix Kit W10619951 to fix the problem. It has not worked.
