Low ice production, small cubes,
have replaced ice maker twice adjusted water level to fullest amount I replaced water filter and water fill valve and check water pressure coming into refrigerator any one have a clue about resolving that issue I have also checked freezer temperature running two below zero.

See the technician links below. Have you checked your water pressure from the saddle valve to the water inlet valve. You say that so far you replaced water filter, water fill inlet valve & ice maker. Have you replaced the saddle valve ? Its very common for the saddle valve to develop lime and calcium deposits that will cause low

It is up to a regular shut off valve under sink ran 3gallons of water through the line before I hooked it up to the new valve.

Is the ice maker filling up all the way? Does the mold have water in it? If the ice maker is not filling all the way you have a water pressure issue. Since you have replaced the inlet valve and filter it must be an incoming water pressure issue to the refrigerator. If your ice make is filling every mold and your temperatures are good it should be making ice properly. Most ice makers make 8 cubes at a time and only go through a cycle every hour and a half. It could take 24 to 48 hours to fill an empty ice bib or bucket.
