So when the washer reaches its top speed you start to hear a loud noise the shock obserber was replaced and it still does the same thing. Can you please help?

Does the sound get louder the faster the unit spins? If so you may have a faulty rear bearing. DO you see any brown stains on the back of the unit coming from the bearing? See if the basket feels loose. Theses are all signs of bad rear bearings. You could have something stuck between the tubs as well. Is the unit going off balance and banging around ?
