Light issues in freezer it stays stuck when door opens and the light assembly has been changed twice any advice.?

Hi. Usually I find the switch sticking due to ice build up in or around switch. These units are common to get condensation/ frost build up in the freezer section due to warm air enteringin the unit. Make sure the door and door seal are good as far as sealing when closed. Check any other places warm air could be entering unit. Does the customere open the doors alot or do they get left open by children possibly? Is it hot and humid in the house? If you do not find anything check the gap around the freezer where the liner meets the frame, where the door closes. You cN apply silicone in this gap to prevent warm air from getting in.
