Why do the LEDs chase as in a race? The customer said the clothes weren’t drying after two forty minute cycles. The vent is not connected. It does heat.
There is no tech sheet. I tried to pull up the error code. It said E01 and e9e . I replaced the element and they said it was taking 2 cycles to dry. I tested it on normal/ maximum heat and 4 minutes into the cycle it started to race but continued to heat at 175/122. At 10 minutes the display showed 10 remaining minutes and went into cool down. It only ran about 30 minutes or so. I Tried It on timed cycle/ high temperature and it read 166/116. It did not start racing after ? minutes run time.
