There is a very small leak that sometimes gets into the drip pan underneath and sets off the leak detector. It is a very small amount of water and I cannot findmwhere it is coming from, as it doesn’t always leak.
There is a small chunk of the door seal missing on the side of the leak. It is about 2” from the bottom. This missing piece is about 1/8” of the lip and about 3/16” long. Could this be the source, even though I cannot find a visible water path.
I’ve looked underneath, on the side, and watched while the unit runs but no leak is obvious.

The one I’m working on has no water Wall. Is there a chance the leak detector is just too sensitive to a few drops of water?
