Does rubbing or knocking sound only happens when the machine is on for more than a few minutes I took the drum out and the noise disappeared I put the drum back in and I’m getting the noise I do not see anything physically wrong with the drum I suspect it may have to do with the blower or something else the drum seems find belt is fine I would appreciate you can give me some insight into this

Hi. It does not sound like the blower wheel if the noise goes away when you run the unit with out the drum. It is possible. Check that your motor mounts are in place. Check the rear drum supports and idler pulley. It could be the front plastic ring bearing, or the rear felt seal. They could be damaged or have something suck in them. IT is also very common for coins and other debris to get stuck in the baffles. I would take the baffles off and clean them out as well.

its like a rattling sound form the right bottom rear
  • That is where the motor and blower wheel are located. Sounds like something maybe in the blower housing rubbing against the wheel
