Hi –
My kitchenaid dishwasher (3 years old) is leaking water under the right bottom side of the door. It is not a lot of water, and my first attempt to fix it was cleaning the seal, which had some small amount of scum on it. This fixed it temporarily, but a few days later the water leak was back. It is not a lot of water, and doesn’t happen during the rinse only cycle, apparently. Any ideas/thoughts on this would be very useful. It is a stainless steel kitchenaid dishwasher, similar to model KDTE104DSS.
Thanks!
Adam

Adam, you will need to check the seal around the door to see if it sealing properly. something they need to be cleaned due to build up of debris after so many cycles especially if you are on well water or have hard water.

Also, check that the door closes evenly on both sides and that the unit is level in all directions. I’ve seen many dishwashers that leak out of the door seal because the unit was out of level causing the door to not close and seal properly.
