I have the paperwork but dont understand it, i am new and lack of experience
A video would be great help. Compressor does not turn on, everything else seems to, inverter board flashes 2 times

See manual link below there is a troubleshooting guide starting on page #33 . If the inverter board is blinking its detecting a motor current voltage error. The cause cold be : 1) A bad condenser fan motor . 2) Locked up compressor . 3) Defective inverter board. You can purchase the inverter board and condenser motor at Repairclinic.com and buy it to try it for up to 1-year return policy. If you can OHM out the condenser motor you can eliminate that , if not get both parts and if they do not fix the issue you have a defective compressor. Matt Ace technician
