Hello
I have a GE gas range. The customer complaint is in self clean only, it takes too long to get up to temperature. The broil is on only in self clean, the bake does not come on at all even after 15 minutes. Is the bake supposed to come on at all or intermittently ? Thanks in advance

The broil ONLY is correct for self clean bake usually starts and broil contains the temperature it should have read 875-975 degrees and approximately 26 minutes this is normal to get to that temperature. The self clean cycle should be no less than 3 hours to complete.
