My customer broke the timer shaft on her dryer. She doesn’t want to replace the timer if I can somehow fix it. The knob and shaft separated from the timer.
I have fixed a customer’s water dispenser on his fridge door by installing a $4.00 door bell push button device. He didn’t care how it looked, he just wanted his water to work.
Is there a way that I can get her timer to work, without buying another $120.00 plus timer.

Hello
I am sure there is always a way to customize a new shaft based on the timer damage itself. We have seem customers with channel locks on busted shafts to turn the timer . We cannot advise any repairs that are not factory authorized as we become labial if something goes wrong. Matt Ace technician
