I replaced the water valve , worked 2 days. I checked the line from rear of cabinet to the fill spout of the ice maker, it was frozen again. sears sent customer a new water valve, I installed it (it comes with new water lines attached to valve) it worked 5 days. note water line is filtered. they sent her another valve I installed it. the seals around the new valves I notice have been beef up to seal better. WHATS GOING ON?

You are correct they have updated the valve seals to correct this issue. It sounds like you have the new updated valve. I think that you may have low water pressure. I would next replace the inline filter and the saddle valve at the main water supply. I found A service manual close to your model but it is not exact. Matt Ace technician
