My microwave seems to take much longer to cook than when it was new. What might fix this issue for me?

Hi Alysia. If your microwave is taking longer now to cook then it use to you most likely have a magnatron that is weak and needs to be replaced. Make sure that you have checked the power setting on the microwave first. It may not be cooking at full power. I hope this was helpful.
