CUSTOMER CALLED US ORIGINALLY BECAUSE THE FRIDGE WASNT COOLING. WE REPLACED THE MAIN CONTROL BOARD ON THIS UNIT AND IT BEGAN TO COOL WITH NO ISSUE. NOW THE REFRIGERATOR IS NOT MAKING ICE. WE HAVE REPALCED THE ICEMAKER BUT IT WONT CYCLE OR MAKE ICE. WE PUT IT INTO DIAGNOSTIC MODE AND UNDER THE ICE MAKER DIAGNOSTIC THEN IT CAME UP WITH ERROR CODE “23”. WE NEED TO SEE WHAT THIS MEANS AND WAHT THE REPAIR IS FOR THE CODE.

Hello
I have a link below for the ice maker job aid diagnostics. If you are getting proper temperatures in the ice bin so the ice maker can harvest properly. Then you will need to run the ice maker through the diagnostics troubleshooting chart below.
