I HAVE A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR AND THE ICEMAKER STOPPED AND WOULDN’T DUMP THE ICE SO I REPLACED THE ICEMAKER AND HIT RESET UNTIL THE ICEMAKER DUMPED THE ICE. I RECEIVED A CALL IN A COUPLE OF DAYS FROM MY CUSTOMER SAYING THE ICEMAKER IS STILL NOT DUMPING THE ICE. WATER GOES IN AND AFTER FROZEN WILL NOT DUMP AND RESTART WOULD LIKE HELP DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS.
ICEMAKER REPLACED CKD TO MAKE SURE POWER GETTING TO IT HELD THE RESET IN AND IT STARTS BUT AFTER THAT NOTHING.

You may want to be sure all switches are good. Other than that you may have a wiring harness issue. I have attached a Samsung support link along with a general Repair Clinic troubleshooting guide for your model. SAM THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR ANSWER BUT I ALREADY RESET THE ICEMAKER AND THE ICE EJECTED THEN FILLED AGAIN. THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I GO BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WATER IN THE TRAY IS FROZEN BUT HASEN’T EJECTED. IS IT POSSIBLE I RECEIVED A BAD ICEMAKER OR COULD THIS BE A CONTROL BOARD ISSUE ANY OTHER THOUGHTS WOULD HELP THANKS.
