This unit is making very thin ice. It makes ice consistently but it is consistently VERY thin. KITCHENAID

What have you tried so far?
We have already adjusted the Ice to max Ice at the thickest setting. We have also already replaced the bin thermistor,
and w11126268 Wire Harness with Evap thermistor. Neither of these have solved this issue. Please advise

Hello
Are you sure you have the proper water pressure to the inlet valve. Lime and calcium deposits can cause low water pressure up to the valve and sometimes in the valve internally. If you have good water pressure through the valve go to the Technician Diagnostics Sheet page three and run the diagnostics. See all manual links below.
