FRESH FOOD SECTION NO ICE PRODUCTION
FREEZER SECTION LOW ICE PRODUCTION CHECK WATER VALVE ELECTRICALL OK BUT THE WATER COMING IN TO THE WATER VALVE BELOW 30 PSI WILL THAT CAUSE THE ICE MAKERS TO NOT PRODUCE ICE OR LOW ICE PRODUCTION OF ICE I DON’T BELIEVE THE ICE MAKER CAN BOTH BE BAD ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO CHECK
I INSTRUCTED CUST TO REPLACE WATER FILTER AND AIR VENT AND PURGE SYSTEM I DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE ICE MAKERS I BELIEVE LOW WATER CAN BE THE PROBLEM MAY BE I SHOULD RELACE WATER INLET VALVE BUT I STILL BELEIVE IT MAY BE A WATER PRESSURE PROBLEM TO THE FRIDGE ANY SUGGESTION

Hello
Yes, low water pressure can cause low ice production. I would make sure the low water pressure issue up the the water inlet valve is rectified. The unit also has a (Service flash recall ) see link below. I have linked the diagnostic manual so you test the inlet valve and ice maker through the diagnostic mode.

I was right in my diagnostic low water pressure cust needs to rectified water pressure issue and I’ll go from there thanks for the info and tech sheet and service alert any videos on this would be appreciated this type of fridge THANKS
