Hello Technicians, this side by side refrigerator will not dispense ice or crushed ice however it does dispense water. The customer has replaced the auger motor which did not repair the dispenser problem. My thoughts are that the control board might be the problem. Before I replace anything do you have a service manual or a tech sheet or a schematic or any service bulletins on this model . Your help would be greatly appreciated. Also any tips or advise on this issue would be appreciated as well. thank you in advance for your expertise and advise.
Auger motor has been replaced.

See the electrical diagrams and technical information below. There is a selector switch that wires in series with the auger motor. I assume you do not have 115 volts to the auger motor. Matt Ace technician

Correct , no voltage to auger, also took a line cord and tested auger motor, it is good. It seems a neighbor told them the motor was bad. The switch is part of the control board on the freezer board correct?

From what I could see in the schematic the control board would be the only other component that would feed voltage to the auger motor..
