The icemaker a Samsung, stalls out in the harvest position as if the heater is not working. Is there any repair on this item? The part number is WR30X10131

Hi. I just had the same issue with one a few days ago and replaced the ice maker as well. I have not heard back from the cust., so I assume it fixed the issue and is working now. They also had poor water pressure and the ice maker was only filling up a few molds. How is your water pressure? Does the ice maker fill completely with water? Poor water pressure to the ice maker can cause ice jams which will cause the ice maker to not cycle. THe ice maker I replaced was a Samsung, part # DA97-07365g . I attached a service manual on a similar Samsung model. Take a look at section 2-1 which gives good info on the ice maker.
