We recently replaced ICE Maker however; customer is complaing that the ICE making process is very slow. Do you think the ICE Maker is defective or not puring water on the ICE maker consistantly? Or main board issue? Thank you for your support.

Hello
What is slow production ? The average ice maker will harvest every 90 minutes. Sometimes the custumer is using the ice faster than it can be produced. If the ice maker has at least 1/2 inch of water and is filling accross all the the ice maker fingers and you are getting good freezer temperatures at -5 degrees to +5 degrees, you should harvest every 90 minutes or less.
