ICE MAKER MAKE ICE BUT IT DOESNT DROP THE ICE INTO THE ICE BUCKET

What have you tried so far?

REPLACED THE ICE MAKER AND ISTILL DO THE SAME ISSUE. JUST MAKE ICE AND IT SOESNT DROP THE ICE INTO THE BUCKET. ONLY DROP THE ICE WHEN I PUT THE ICE MAKER IN TEST MODE, IN TEST MODE DROP THE ICE AND FILL WATER INTO THE ICE MAKER. THEW WATER VALVE IS FINE, THE WATER FILTER IS NEW. THE ICE MAKER IS NEW. THAT COULD BE WITH THE MAIN BOARD THE ISSUE?

See technician sheets below. There could be a number of possibilities causing this issue. Make sure the ice maker unit has temperatures below 18 degrees. If it is above 18 degrees it WILL NOT harvest on its own. If it is below 18 degrees run the unit through the test function to diagnose your issue. Matt Ace technician

● In order to operate a test function, press the Test button for 1.5 second.
● This function can be used to check a proper working, to clean the ice tray, and to adjust the
water level in the ice tray.
