See service manual and diagnostic links below. These units have an air damper assembly that feeds the ice maker. Sometimes you get frost in the air passages and it will cause this exact issue. You will need to shut the unit down for 24 hours with the doors open to correct the issue. We have had two with this issue that corrected the problem. Matt Ace technician
