Cant seem to have this ice maker working replaced all common parts. Any suggestions.? Thanks

Hello
See the Ice maker diagnostics sheet link below. You need to be logged in to see the diagnostics sheet. This will give you complete diagnostics on how to quickly diagnose your issue. Matt Ace technician
- Disconnect the power supply.
- Slide the ice maker out, remove cover.
- Jump “T” & “H” to bypass the Bimetal and start a harvest.
- Tape both light switches closed
- Connect the power supply, ice maker should start in about 5 seconds.
- Observe the ice maker. If “T” to “H” is properly jumpered and the ice maker won’t run stop the test
and check the ice maker.
7.Remove the jumper before the finger reaches 10:00. Reinstall the ice maker - Immediately disconnect power after the water fill.
- With the freezer door closed, reconnect the power supply.

I did all of this and nothing came up. Can the water line inside the door may be frozen.

You said nothing came up ? Do you have 110 volts to the test points at the ice maker ? Does the ice maker cycle when a jumper wire is put in between T to H ? If so pour 1/2 of water in the ice maker and see if the cubes drop in 3-4 hours. If it does not you may have a temperature issue not getting -5 degrees or colder in the freezer. If it drops then you have a water inlet issue.
