My icemaker is working, but it seems that some water is getting into it and causing all of the ice to freeze together.

Hi Guye. You need to find out if the Ice maker it self is leaking in to the ice bin or if the water is leaking out of the fill cup or fill tube into the ice bin. There may be some ice build up in the fill cup causing some water to spill over in to the bin. Also, if the freezer temp is not cold enough the ice cubes could be melting causing them to clump together. If the ice chute door is not sealing good warm air can be getting in there. I hope this was helpful.
