CHANGED OUT A BAD ICE FAN ASSEMBLY, AND MELTED ICE THAT WAS ON THE LEFT TOP OF EVAPORATOR COILS. WENT BACK OUT TODAY, AND THE ICE WAS BACK AND ALSO THE WATER IN DOOR DIDN’T WORK. I THAWED THE ICE AND AFTER I DID THE WATER IN THE DOOR WORKED, SO I GUESSING THE WATER TUBE IN DOOR WAS FROZEN AS WELL. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS CONSTANT ICE BUILD UP ON TOP LEFT OF THE COILS?

Hello Are you getting any error codes ? There is a new duct cover assembly for this issue. Original part number was ADJ73252224 This has been replaced by ADJ73252234 Should work…may need to gently re-position/bend evaporator coil…to make fit. I have not had any issues with this after replacing the new cover.
