GE Wall Oven Double m#JTP56WD1WW
I replaced the main control board and bake element. The oven calibrated fine, worked for a couple of batches of cookies, now when I set bake to 375, it does not get above 270

The only thing left would be the Tempurature sensor. This is what reads the oven temp. and sends the information back to the board. It should be aprox. 1100 ohms at room temp. Attached is a link to the part and a repair video.

Check the operating voltage during Bake? You can monitor this from the breaker if necessary. Sounds like improper voltage…..
