I have an ND error code. I changed out the drain pump and it drained great in the rinse and spin cycle when empty. Customer tried a load after I left and it stopped with the ND error code. Any thoughts on this?

It is possible something like loose change is moving around in the sump? Drain hose not forced too far into standpipe its it ?There’s a good chance it could be the control, however you want to check the inlet to the pump before you condemn the control. I generally drop the large end of the sump hose off the tub and check that area. If it is clear, there is usually not much recourse but to replace the control.
