I have a General Electric microwave oven and a security code was added that we forgot, anyway to clear it ?

HI. Please provide me with the model number of your microwave so I can attempt to look that up for you. I am not aware of a microwave having a security code on it. Do you have to enter this code in order to operate the unit?
