I asked how to get the door apart. What I got was a video on how to change the door latch it’s attached to the tub no help.

Hello
See the link below for complete door removal and how the door comes apart on page #34 -#37 . We do not have a video for your model . The water inlet valve is a DC voltage valve not AC , it should read 13.5 volts DC . Go to page #49 to diagnose the inlet valve. You must be logged in to see the technician diagnostic link below.
