On Quickwash cycle the machine doesnt go into high speed spin. The clothes are still soaking wet at the end of the cycle.
I turned the clothing drum and it moves freely like good working washers
I blew air into the drain hose and air bubbles came up in the drum with water in it
So the question is should I replace the drain pump or just try to unclog it somehow
Looking at the manual it suggested it was a clogged drain pump as the third possibility
Thanks. Carey

Hi. Will the unit go into spin on other cycles? Are you getting any error codes on the display when it will not spin or does it end the cycle? I have attached the tech sheet for you. Try running the diagnostic test cycle. If you have gotten an error code locate it in the tech sheet to see what it means. If you are not getting error codes and the unit ends the cycle, it could be going off balance. check the shocks if it is not the load causing it.

No error codes. It just ends the cycle without high speed spin.

Seems like it is recognizing an off balance load. Run it with nothing in it to see what happens.
