Our dishwasher quit working and is flashing an ER code. How do we diagnose what it needs?

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. WE ALREADY FORKED OUT $120 AND REPLACE THE CONTROL BOARD AND THE ERROR CODE IS STILL FLASHING. I GUESS WE NEED TO WORK ON THE TOUCH PANEL OR CONSOLE, HUH? That should do it, right? Is there a video showing how to do this?

Hi. The ER error code is for a faulty touch panel or control board. It can be either one. IF you have had issues with buttons not responding or working I would suspect the touch panel. IF not, then its a toss up to which one is bad. I have attached links to purchase both parts. If you need any further help please let me know. Good luck!
