replaced these parts main board and all freezer sensors and replaced freezer evaporator cover.

Based on the information you provided the evaporator cover would have a part number of AEB72913911 which would include the fan motor. If you have replaced both freezer sensors, did that include the thermal link and bi metal as well? You also want to test the defrost heater for continuity with your ohm meter. If all these steps have been taken and you’ve replaced or verified as good all of the parts I have listed then you may have a sealed system issue which would require a knowledgeable technician with proper equipment to tap the system and understand what pressure readings are in order to properly diagnose the required repair.

thermal link and bi metal have been replaced. also defrost heater is good the whole evaporator coil has good frost pattern. and when I defrost refrigerator, freezer temp. is down around 0. and it makes ice. anything else you can suggest?

make sure the evaporator fan motor is running properly. When a evap fan motor does not run you will get heavy frost at the top of the evap with an even frost pattern across the rest. Also, make sure the supply and return vents are not blocked causing poor air flow. If hot or humid air is aloud to enter this unit through the door seals or from the door being opened frequently can also cause this.
