Is the unit cooling ? Or do you have just a light issue ? You will need to enter the unit into the diagniostic mode by the steps below. Then you can check many of the controls and switches. Click on the diagnostic manual link below and go to page #52 for further steps. Matt Ace Technician
Diagnostic Mode
The steps required to enter Diagnostic mode are:
1.) Adjust the temperature setting to “0°F” using the UP ARROW and DOWN
ARROW buttons.
2.) Press and hold both UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW buttons simultaneously
for 10 the UI beeps and display “88”, indicating the system has entered
diagnostic mode.
To exit diagnostic mode, press and hold the UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW buttons
until the UI beeps. The display should display the interior temperature indicating the
system is no longer in diagnostic mode.

YES THE UNIT COOLS GOOD when the door is opened control panel beeps resets temp inside light flashes i am unable to get the unit in diagnostic mode using your directions

I think I have seen this issue before on these units. If you have not done so already, unplug the unit for 10 mins and plug it back it. See if you still have the same problem. The control board could be glitched up. If this does not work try to enter into the diagnostic mode on page 3-6 of the service manual. If you are unable to enter into the diagnostic mode and resetting the unit does not work you have a faulty control board and you will need to replace it. p # 297366300.
