Hello
The 3C1 Error happens when the the main board receives an error code from the circulation pump, if this error code happens 11- times it will turn off and lock out the motor or lock for 5- minutes. This senses the RPM target of 2600rpm ( revolutions per minute ). If its below 2400rpm it will shut down. You could have a few possibilities.
1) something stuck in the pump.
2) A defective pump.
3) The Main PBA defective.
4) The inverter PBA defective.
