Need help diagnosing unit. Also is there a video on how to take off the top panel off to see the inside. Please help

I have downloaded a link for you with over 15 pages of repair help with 10 videos on each page pertaining to GE washers. Some are for top load models, however there are dozens of repair help videos on front load models as well.
