Last night, out dryer got extremely hot but wasn’t spinning. It literally took about 2 hours for the dryer to cool off, and by that I mean the door and everything. When I plug it in, you can hear the heating element(maybe?) making a soft buzz and it heats up bu the motor isn’t working.
I checked the belt and I’ve been trying to find the thermal fuse to check it.

What could be going on is ether the motor switch is stuck so its heating when off or heating element is shorted .That can make part of the element to heat even when off. Thanks
