This is a French door refrigerator. The ice room drain freezes up and the air vents fill with water and freeze.
Has frigidaire ever found a sure fix?
I have removed the ice room, deiced the drain resealed the room and it still freezes up. What can be done?

Your model number is listed in the bulletin. Check your serial number to make sure it falls with in range. The series range is listed on the bulletin. This kit has taken care of the ice room frosting and icing up. I have done a couple myself and our other techs have done many more. Make sure you flush some water down the drain tube to make sure it is clear.

Are you saying this will fix the ice room drain from freezing up? Are you saying putting the seals in corrects this issue or did I get the wrong bulletin? Please explain Thanks and have a blessed Thanksgiving.

The air vents I am referring to are the 2 main vents under the drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator section going to the freezer .
